Registration

• Greeters.
• Parking and traffic control.
• Registration assistants (help with forms, data entry, meal tickets).
• Compiling registration packets (during the week before registration).
• Making signs.

Community Building

• Help with "Getting to know you" activities
• Greeter

Meal Service

• Collect meal tickets (various shifts available)
• Serve as host/hostess and seat attendees
• Deliver platters/bowls of food to tables.
• Wipe tables.

Children's Crafts and Activities (3 p.m-5 p.m. shift)

• Assist with crafts
• Pick up an deliver craft supplies from "Central Supply"
• Assist with music program
• Assist with games

Recreation

• WE MUST HAVE LIFEGUARD ON DUTY FOR ALL SWIMMING TIMES. Are you a lifeguard? Can you recommend someone?
• Help coordinate games.
• Provide equipment

Meal Service

• Assist with sound system set-up, tech support

Friday night concert

• Assist with sound system set-up, tech support

Security

• Serve as security person for one shift for more. (Training provided.)

Speaker Support

• Assist speakers by handing out materials, helping arrange break-outs, etc.
